My order

I didn't receive my order.

Orders placed and paid before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day except for holidays. Notifications are sent by e-mail within 24 hours. You can check your order status in "History and details of my orders" (see "Your account" section).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically transferred to our logistic service and we will not be able to modify or cancel your order. Please double check your cart before payment.

Where can I download my invoice?

Invoices are sent to your e-mail. They are also available in "History and details of my orders" (see "Your account" section).

How can I create an account on kanger.fr?

How can I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information in "My personal information" (see "Your account" section).

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot your password?" on the authentification page. You will receive an e-mail where we will explain you how to create a new password.
